During your dental check-up, we will examine your teeth, gums, and mouth to identify any issues, such as cavities or gum disease.
We will start with a comprehensive examination before moving forward with your general dental check-up and clean. When you come to us we have the equipment available to give you a comprehensive examination which includes an OPG full mouth X-ray.
We have a CBCT scanner onsite so that we don’t have to send you away to get one, as many other dentists do if we need further investigation for implants, wisdom teeth or difficult root canal treatments. We also provide the option of an intra-oral scanner that takes a full and comprehensive 3D image of your mouth in order for therapeutic or orthodontic devices to be made for you. No more uncomfortable moulds!

After the examination, we will perform a clean, which involves removing plaque and tartar build up from the teeth.Fluoride Treatment:
We will apply a fluoride treatment to help strengthen the teeth and prevent decay.Personalised Treatment Plan:
After the examination and clean, we will discuss any issues we have identified and provide recommendations for treatment. This may include fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, or other procedures to address cavities, gum disease, or other problems.At Home Care:
We will provide instructions on how to properly brush and floss your teeth at home to help prevent plaque build up and maintain good oral health.We recommend scheduling a dental check-up and cleaning every six months. This frequency may vary based on individual needs, such as the presence of gum disease or other oral health problems. During these appointments, it is also important to inform the dentist of any changes in your oral health, such as new pain or sensitivity, changes in your bite, or bleeding gums.
