We use special tools to loosen the wisdom teeth and remove them from the socket, as with a regular tooth extraction. In some cases, the teeth may need to be broken into smaller pieces to make them easier to remove.Closure:
After the wisdom teeth are removed, the socket will be cleaned and may be packed with gauze to stop any bleeding. We then stitch the gum tissue closed, if necessary.Aftercare:

Most discomfort and swelling can usually be managed with over-the-counter pain medication and ice packs.
